However it finishes toady it's mostly on the players. They have been extremely poor today. Look uninspired and they lacked any quality.

While true, at half Arteta could have taken off Bellerin for being tired and shite. Pepe was complete shite for most of the match, could have easily been subbed. Laca should have been off far earlier.

Embarrassing from the players. No excuse to lose a tie to a team from Greece at home with a lead. fricking ridiculous. We better play our asses off in the league and grab a UCL spot. This one really pisses me off.

Yea but Arteta can't sub the whole team off. Sure he could have used his subs better but he can't pass the ball or defend for the players. They let him down massively.

Bit half and half. You don't leave Laca on for 105 minutes, especially when he has provided you absolutely nothing for months. Gabby was instantly providing in the attack.

Absolutely need to nab 5th now. Hope Spurs funk continues, and Arsenal commit themselves more and ball out in the league.

This was supposed to be the easiest shot to champions league and they fricked it away.
I agree with the post game remarks and that we should just skip Europa next year if they can make it

I Have zero confidence that they make up ground to to top five

I totally agree with Gabby over Laca. It's crazy that Laca was our player of the season last year and now he can't do anything positive. The midfield did nothing but sideway passes today. No spark or creativity. I dont get how we score 4 on Newcastle and 3 on Everton but cant score against Olympiakos bar a world class finish from Auba.

To be fair Olympiacos has basically everyone in their own half to defend. I’m just mad at the lack of balls into the box, and midfielders passing horizontal or backwards. Give Pepe a chance to whip the ball into the area. I agree Laca has been poor and it may be time to sell. Hard for me to say that as he is one of my favorite gunners. But imagine we sell him for £40-50 million and use that on a proper defender.

Watching wolves/manu skullfrick their opponents today makes this loss even worse

I don’t think auba stays next year which would mean this team is more screwed going forward

Too many holes that need to be patched up that I don’t believe Kroenke and company would be willing to spend

Yeah we need to go with Gabby and Eddie. I'm fine with selling Auba and Laca. Eddie is better than both for the possession game we need to play. Gabby is going to be amazing in the hole playing off Eddie.

What an Arsenal way to go out of a tournament.

Can’t let Auba go. He has carried us out of relegation this season.

He's certainly not going to re-sign, given how unlikely it is that we make a CL spot.

I like the lineup except for Saka starting. He needs to rest. Don't want to burn him out and risk injury. Play AMN there for a game if you have to. Intrigued to see how Mari does.
