That's not a bad apology letter. The essential problem is that Emery is putting Granit in a really awful position, and isn't doing anything to help Granit. It's really tone-deaf, and Emery has to be one of the stupidest people in the world not to see why people are reacting they way they are.

my problem is he did this on his own and wouldnt follow what the club wanted, he also refused to give up the captaincy.

Hes basically still saying frick you in that. Hes not captain material and this is more an indictment of Emery and his weak leadership.

I think its time to drop xhaka and start ozil.

We created more Xg with ozil than we have since Wenger was the coach.

I'm fine with all that. Xhaka isn't a particularly good captain, and in Emery's system, he's a liability.

In fairness I think most players are a liability in Emery’s system

Don’t know if it’s the tactics but none of our midfielders can defend (other than maybe Torreira?)

I didn't want to Jynx us because results were going our way, but we are pathetic.

I still don't understand the subs. I like Martinelli and Saka, but you are up at home. Just fricking defend like all the other teams do against us.

Whispers that if the Leicester match doesn't go Emery's way he could be sacked. We definitely need a change. A lot of noise in the media about the players not respecting Emery anymore. It's just a crap situation.

Eddie was due to start today but got injured in training yesterday. Rumors its a hernia and he'll be out 4 weeks. I just want to see him start so bad.

I had to do a double take, but once again teams just dominate the midfield against Arsenal.

Shots: 10 - 25 Wolves
Shots on Target: 4 - 8 Wolves

This team has such a pedestrian attack, which is nuts considering the talent/athleticism/speed/etc they have at their disposal up front.

Well he's getting the sack next Sunday by 6PM central then

You know it is bad when his teacher's pet Xhaka doesn't trust or like him.

I know he didn’t have success at Monaco but maybe with our squad and better support at our club he could do wonders..

No, he hasn't proven anything yet. He lost 11 games at Monaco and had a goal differential of -21. In league play he was something 2-3-7 (W-D-L), and as soon as Jardim came back, Monaco went unbeaten the next seven games. In those league games under Henry, Monaco scored 10 goals and gave up 24, being shutout 3 or 4 times.

Some people aren't cut out to be managers. I don't think Henry is. I would rather give Bould a chance before Henry.

Yeah that is true he is probably just not cut out for it. One name I really hope we look at is Ajax manager ten Hag. Also I know this is crazy but I am open to Mourinho even though his football his boring as shite.

No thanks. He wasn't good enough at United so it doesn't make sense for us. Add the fact that he's a complete A hole that continually disrespected our club and it makes even less sense. If we are looking for just an interim manager to finish off the season I'd rather Rafa Benitez. He would provide everything(probably more at this point) that Mourinho would provide without all the drama and antics.

I'm not against promoting Freddie but I would rather someone proven that can get us in the Champions League this season. We can't afford another season without it because then players like Auba and Laca may refuse to sign extensions this summer and that would force us to sell one if not both of them.
