What the hell happened to Sevilla era Emery? He looks lost out there. Xhaka will be the death of Emery. What does Xhaka have to do get dropped?

Willock looked so much better than all our midfielders when he came on.

I don't know if Xhaka does anything well at the moment. He did ping some nice diagonals to Pepe though.

In his last year at Sevilla his team had faced way more shots than any other team through this part of the season. This is Emery.

Emery is trash, should we be worried about him staying if we place top 4?

This is my biggest fear. Even though we are underperforming under Emery there's still a decent chance we finish in the top 4 with Spurs, United, and Chelsea all looking just as poor or even worse than us. Raul, Edu, and company look more ruthless than the previous brain trust. Right now I trust them to make the right decision based on how they have handled the past few transfer windows. Hopefully a can't miss coaching candidate becomes available and it makes the decision to move on from Emery much easier.

I'll take Teuchel in a heartbeat if he is ousted at PSG. I can't stand Emery's lineups.

In my EPL fandom, I never had a phase where I had no team and just followed the league. I started following the EPL and Arsenal at the same time in 2010. So, I was always confounded by the quickness that managers are changed with all of the other big teams. It seemed way worse than anything in American sports. Now that the Wenger era has passed, I think I am starting to understand it. This is maddening with Emery.

Leads us in chances created. He's just stuck out on the wing by himself. You can tell he misses Laca to connect with.

Bellerin's return will really help him. And I think Laca's will too. Pepe likes to beat his man, run at a defense, and play 1-2s. All he can do right now is the first part because of who is around him and the system.

Ready to see what he can do when he isn't stuck at RB/LB.

Pepe needs to be the runner around laca. And yes, bellerin will give him that overlapping option.

But his lack of want to defend on Monday was worrisome. Saka on the other hand had the most tackles on the team.

But Soo looking forward to seeing Bellerin and Tierney play again.
