I'll be in town for most of the Tulane games this year, so there's that.

Fyi info on the shirt fit from /r/gunners.
---------------------------
FYI: The new Puma player issue shirts are not only tight, but also small.

I normally wear a size small or medium (chest size 37-38 inches). The new shirt I tried was a large and fit pretty well, if a little tight. I also tried a medium and it was unbelievably tight I everywhere. Here's a pic for scale, of a size large player issue home shirt:

**TL:DR If you're buying a player issue shirt online, be aware that not only is it slim fit but you might also have to go up by up to 2 sizes as well**

I think the "replica" shirts that are cheaper fit looser though.

I didn't get the player issued. But, if it is too tight I'll just lose some weight.

That and a couple leg injuries prohibited me from running as much as I should. But the missus is also a good cook who also lets me go out drinking a bit too much. Well that and she was cool with the kegerator as a wedding gift.

PSG might have to sell Cavani to fund a Di Maria move. I wouldn't mind benefiting from another super club's offset sale.

I just don't see it happening with a few more holes to fill. If assume he'd cost around the same as Sanchez. So cavani, Sanchez and debuchy would pretty much take up our transfer budget it would seem. Unless we sell someone.

if we had 100m to spend and we're doing

30m Sanchez
10m debuchy
5m ospina?

that leaves us 55m for a ST, DM and maybe a backup CB. not likely at all to get cavani without dipping into a little more cash than we wanted to. we do have a bit more cash because of cesc's sale and vela's sale. could have 10ish mil more to spend, actually.

I'm taking into account we won't spend 100m. Just don't see that happening. To be so fiscally responsible then blow ur load in one season isn't something I see this club doing.

Ozil was great, hoping we can grab one or 2 more Germans to add to our squad. Poldi cracked me up,

I want a Wolcott kit so bad.

Edit: so if I wear a normal large shirt should i get an XL because of the tight fit?

yeah, I don't disagree. I seriously, seriously doubt we'd get cavani. even khedira seems kinda unlikely due to his contract demands. we've just benefited greatly from panic sales used by super clubs to fund expensive buys. not out of the question he exploits another market inefficiency.

I saw a new one today at Finn's. If you don't get the more expensive "player's fit" looked normal to me.

after sleeping on it, i think we absolutely have to at least try to buy cavani if PSG are forced to sell him. we need a top striker. while he isn't as good as some of the other top strikers out there IMO, he'd be a damn good striker to have, especially paired with our other attacking talent. problem would clearly be the price and contract. still worth looking into.

the only club that's been really linked with him is ManU but that makes no damn sense at all considering who they have.
