baccy and tomas were training...not sure their health though. I agree santi will probably be on the bench.

Ramsey is fit so that is good. i'd guess:

szcz
jenks (unless sagna fit)-per-kos-gibbo
jack-rambo
Theo-ox-poldi
giroud

bench: fabianski, hayden, santi, serge, zelalem, akpom, frimpong, (jenks for zelalem if sagna healthy)

I'm not sure if I should be more depressed or disenchanted or impressed that no one has ANY idea who we are going to sign (with the exception of Ginter, if that's still a possibility). the only other player we've been mentioned with that is still available is the malaga RB

Hey man I think your best bet is to try to get in touch with Arsenal America and see if there is anything you can work out with them... basically see if there is an extra ticket in their allotment for tomorrow's match. They have membership dues of like 30 or 40 you will have to pay. I went ahead and just emailed a couple of people I know over here who might know someone that has an extra ticket. No guarantees.

If you want to meet up around the stadium for a pint we can exchange email addresses as well.

I'm going to the game but am meeting up with a guy in the area during the day either before or after, depending on what time I get out there.

I really have no idea about the others, but I did hear about Chelsea fans using some third party vendor. They play on Sunday. Spurs are away but they are wankers.

Just finished studying here. Unfortunately my posting correlated positively with the time I was supposed to be actually studying.

Hey, atleast you'll get to see a world class striker tomorrow.

Let's not start crowning Giroud yet.

ATLien, kind of bleak on the tickets.

Tentative pubs list: The World's End, Twelve Pins, Faltering Fullback, and Lamb. I've only been to World's End at night, but I've heard good things about the others.

@honigstein called yaya sanogo the worst signing of the summer. he must be a closet arsenal fan because the only explanation for that is being pissed off that he's been our only signing

i hope you are both burned up in a dumpster fire. probably more feasible for it to be two separate dumpster fires, though.

This is a really great look at the rationale of AFC from an economic/financial perspective.

When you look at the club’s cash balances – there in black and white in the accounts for all to see – Arsenal’s spending capacity is evident. As at the end of the 2011/12 season (the latest year when football clubs have published their accounts), Arsenal had an incredible £154 million of cash, which is significantly higher than any of their competitors with Manchester United the closest with £71 million (less than half the Gunners’ cash pile). An even more amazing statistic is that Arsenal have almost as much cash as the rest of the Premier League’s other 19 clubs combined (£181 million).

Cool, didn't really want to end up at a club specific/hooligan pub and get my face smashed in with a glass. I bought a burner cell phone for cheap here at Tescos, almost out of minutes by now

No I won't still be here the 27th Friend.

Absolutely one of the worst refereeing displays I've seen in a long, long time. How many fouls in transition are allowed in this game? Then he gets mad because players complain about how crap he is. A disgrace to the game.
