He's an exciting young player... It'll be interesting to see how he makes the jump up in leagues...

Yeah, if we do end up getting him, I would be pleased. Good one for the future.

Don't know enough about him, but his highlights he seems to lose the ball quite often/dribble himself into trouble.

Ha, it was just him doing fancy step overs and cuts but they generally speaking were too heavy a touch and lead him into an oncoming defender. His crosses and shooting/shot selection needed a bunch of work.

Guy is plenty quick with the ball at his feet, can get by the initial defender easily enough but after that... at least youtube didn't show me anything.

I haven't been the hugest fan of walcott but he was absolutely ridiculous today. Maybe there is something to his CF stuff after all.

Agree, i just want u to start holding on to players. Team chemistry is very important. doesnt help when we are constantly changing players, and im talking about ones that form the core of the team and are weekly starters.

I dont mind cazorla, podolski, and giroud, but when you let rvp and theo go we are basically starting fresh at the attack just like weve had to start fresh at d and in the midfield in seasons past.

We know what theo is capable of. Just look at the giroud header, he whipped that fricking cross in like it was nothing and really only gave giroud a chance at it.

Arsenal is the only EPL game at 11:30 today, but FSC is showing a being Liverpool episode. Why is that? Does FSC only have the rights to 2 games a day?

15 minutes in Wilshere looks terrible, Ox sloppy/off, still can't defend a set play or a cross. Arsenal's go to attack of feed it wide right to Sagna or Ox and send in a cross to Walcott or Podolski over and over again is pretty foolish. Not really going to beat a backline already behind the ball. Been in their half and had nearly all of the possession, but not really breaking them down at all.

Sagna giftwraps them a goal. Arsenal's defending and clearances have been terrible all match. We look pretty damn worthless out there.

Arsenal look freaking terrible. They aren't doing 1 thing right. I really wish I hadn't watched that half. Other than the opening 5 minutes we looked the lower side.

Caught a lucky break with the own goal.

Arsenal on attack lack aggression, they continually keep on passing horizontally at the edge of the box and keep trying their luck crossing it in. Someone needs to charge forward, or attempt a shot outside/near the box. Send in a through ball to Walcott or our wings.

I am hoping we pick it up second half, we just look in a funk that first 45.

They improved after Southampton scored the opener. Again it was a case of Arsenal failing to counter quickly.

Giroud coming on in the second half should aid in our possession, with his holdup play. The big problem with Walcott alone up top is his stature. Dropping deep and not giving him a line to break from forced Arsenal to dump a bunch of crosses into the box, negating Theo's skills.

Why when we work it wide would we never send him a ball behind the backline on a diagonal run? We seem too tentative on attack, just working it around side to side. I know that Southampton are structured in the back with bodies behind the ball, but you can't say they are hunkered down. Southampton are sending numbers forward, it's crazy that Arsenal hasn't countered at all.

Sagna nearly with an own goal. This guy is having a dreadful game. Can't pass well, his crosses aren't threatening, some defensive lapses. :yikes:
