Anyone listen to the David Wagner men in blazers interview?

It's absolutely fascinating. I highly recommend it if you haven't listened to it. The way this guy has taken a different approach to managing a small English club to unlikely success is pretty incredible. I did not realize that he has a college degree in sports science that he completed after the end of his playing career.

It was awesome. Really enjoyed him breaking down his training and team chemistry strategies.
