It is sad we have never had a quality left back.

And I favor Kasey over Brad.

Bradley > Pablo > Chris Armas. Who else has played the position?

He would hope Wynalda would include him, were Wynalda the one queried.

Him putting Wynalda in has nothing to do with leaving himself out.

Whatever. They were comparable. Both went to Europe when the US wasn´t even on the map.

Wynalda scored goals, I get it. He played in the fricking Bundesliga for Christ´s sake.

Whatever. He was an important player in uneventful times. At least Lalas went to Serie A (as a defender, in a defender´s league). May I add, Serie A was relevant then (Bundesliga was not).

What does that have to do with Lalas listing Wynalda in place of himself?

Quoting you when someone asked why Lalas didn't put himself in...

Just admit that you thought Lalas was a striker.

Were I as onerous as you, I´d say you´re a moron. He put him in, as a ´wink´ to another dinosaur who´s on TV, and would expect Wynalda to do the same (if queried).

I think they both know they´d be omitted by others, and I think both were of great importance in the history of US soccer.

Deuce, before Wynalda, in spite of Deuce not being what we all had hoped.

Well that's quite a loaded assumption.

I don´t think so. As loaded as your assumption that I considered both of the same position.

That was simple deduction skills based on your limited ability to coherently type out the english language.

This isn't the first time you've lost yourself in translation on this board and it won't be the last.

You´re very obtuse. We´re talking about US soccer, not Brazil. There´s not a lot to choose from, especially in an all time. Obviously, I was referring to historic weight and importance of players.

Given that both are headstrong, vehement, and often wrong, when on TV, shows you they´re both still carrying the stigma of being ´firsts´ abroad.

I´m sure you´re pretty cool, but certainly a pain in the arse to be around, because you need short, pointed sentences of a certain and irrefutable meaning, in order to maintain a coherent conversation.
