Southafrica 2010: Drunk mexicans dressing statues in several places... when caught by police their response was to start fighting.

Germany 2006: Drunk mexican inside a "bunker hostel" that was prepared for visitants to spend the night (but not the day) fell sleep and wake up when the doors were closed. Caused damages to the place while scared.

Brazil 2014: Some politicians assaulted other assistants to the stadium and police men while being drunk. Another mexican guy just jumped from a cruiser that was traveling from one brazil location to another as a part of a prize. He was drunk and never found.

In every other world cup we have mexicans trying to sneak to stadiums, stealing food and beers, leaving trash behind and having drunk fights inside bars.
