I think beIN still has the rights to CONMEBOL qualifiers. (ETA: I lied, just looked it up, fubo tv has exclusive rights to CONMEBOL qualifiers)
ESPN has UEFA, CAF and shares USMNT and Mexico home qualifiers with Fox.
Paramount+ has AFC and all of CONCACAF except for USMNT & Mexico home qualifiers.
Not sure if any American broadcaster has rights to OFC.

In the US, it's on Fubo sports network. If you have IPTV, it's on Premier Sports 1 in the UK or Canal 7 in Argentina.
