The commentators, I think, are completely off base on the Adrian red card. Yeah, it was unintentional. Yeah, he didn't know the guy was there because he was tracking the ball.
But the fact remains you can't end up with your spikes in some dude's chest like that. Regardless of the circumstances.
Red might seem harsh, but I don't think the decision is that egregious.

Was he actually hurt or did they think it was already over?

Not entirely sure. He was icing his calf on the sideline, but it wasn't an obvious injury.

I absolutely agree. The commentators were trying to go easy on him because he's a keeper, but if any field player did that, they are off no question.
