I think the second yellow was deserved, but Everton should have a larger cushion since the first goal was called back.

can't really complain about that. I wouldn't have been totally shocked to see a straight red there. It was certainly a yellow.

It's like clockwork. Everton always always always play city close. I would bet Everton every time.

City got hosed the whole way 'round on that exchange, but it evens out on the Everton offsides call in the first half.
