I don’t know, I guess we have always done it this way? Free agents on here definitely aren’t perfect, but on the site, you’re limited to a €100 team.

You both are welcome to join.

We need two owners, so feel free. I’ll be a little slow with updates right as I’m on vacation this week, but I’ll start getting it set up soon.

One key thing is we basically do everything in here (which I have always enjoyed personally), but go ahead and ask any questions.

No there is a draft league you can set up that's different than the typical salary cap league

Now the live draft could be an issue but I'm wondering if we can just do the draft on here as always and then adjust all the rosters afterwards

Oh interesting, do we know how the schedule works? How many weeks is it? Has anyone played this format before?

I guess in theory we could also live draft if we really wanted, but I think slow drafts are a lot more fun.

What does everyone prefer? Stick with our offline league, or switch to this format? Let me know if we need to make a quick Google Poll.

Looks like you can do head to head or classic point totals like the site. I would guess it goes through every gameweek

Yeah, I assume classic is just the roto format.

Of course, we do H2H, but I’m guessing schedule wouldn’t be balanced. If anyone has an opinion, please let me know. I think we should do what the league wants.

I would probably vote to continue with the offline version, but I care what the rest of the league thinks, so I’m just one vote in this.

I'm good with whatever. Although not having to sign up with another site and doing it on TD seems convenient.

I like the thread format. Little more intensive for adds/drops but nothing too bad I'd guess.

Only trouble I had with the way we’ve been doing it is adding a player to my EPL fantasy app team after the supplemental draft

Yeah, that’s a small difference with us having 16 vs 15. We could consider using the supplemental draft to stay at 15 instead of just adding one.

I just use the watchlist feature, filter to round score, and add them up myself.

Thanks for the input so far.

I say maintain the status quo for this season. It’s going to be challenging enough to get everything set before week 1…no reason to add to that challenge.

My vote as well. Maybe next off-season we make the change. Or use it it set up a dry-run to see how it goes

Okay, let’s ride with the current setup. We could also try to build a concurrent league on the site with our same rosters and see what we think.

I’m on vacation until Tuesday, but I’ll try to find some down time to get the draft rolling very soon. I have my personal laptop. If we start in the next day or two, we should be good.

I like that we keep our scores and have the spreadsheet.

Only thing I dislike is that it gets tough keeping track of who has been drafted, especially if you work in the day.

I will do my best to keep it updated. I know I’ll fall behind until Tuesday, but then I’ll stay on it going forward.

Okay, I have updated the first page with the draft order. For today, I will try to add results to the second post (rounds 1-5 on TD), and I will build out the Google Sheet by tomorrow morning.

I apologize for the delay in getting the Google Sheet out, but thanks to everyone for responding and providing your input.

The rule change of staying at 15 vs. 16 was very intriguing to me. We also can figure that out after we start the draft, since the 16th player is not until the transfer window closes.

New guys: ask any existing owners any questions. Definitely use the Premier League official site as a guide, since we use their scoring system, so their prices and stats are very helpful.

As for the draft league, we can probably try and put it together afterwards. It would be really cool if they offer an offline draft option, and then I could just plug in all the picks. That is something I will look into after I am back from vacation.

Yeah, it’s just luck of the draw. You never know who pans out, but one year, I got Salah with the fourth pick, and it was awesome. His stats could be wild without Mane.

Also, GeauxColonels - you are on the clock.
