Saw where someone posted an interview where they mentioned selling a couple of key players to invest in up and coming talent.
Hopefully this doesn’t mean Phillips and Raphinha being sold in January.

The niners are probably gonna help fund any January moves
If everything plays out like it should and we’re safe i can see both of them staying at least another year with the world cup coming up. Phillips is a starter for England when he’s fit and raph has just broken in to the Brazil team so a move where you have to settle in at a new club and fight for your place might not be so appealing. We definitely need to start planning for life after a few players. Absolute legends like Ayling, Dallas and Klich are all over 30 now but still have a couple good years left. Think we need a defensive midfielder, an attacking MF and a winger to refresh the squad.

Haven’t really kept up with much lately. The last few weeks have been like an offseason as everything since Joffy’s equalizer at Chelsea has been a kick in the gut.
But do we have an end in sight? A few players back this weekend for a match that may be competitive? Possibly Swift coming in?

Yea it’s been a tough month. If we can beat Burnley it will be huge and we’ll be 8 points clear. It sounds like Bamford could be back. I saw an interview with Llorente today so he should be back and Harrison and James too. I’m hoping for at least one signing. They’re close to announcing the signing of a young striker from Spain, Mateo Joseph.

Firpo, Llorente, James, Koch, and Harrison all available according to Marcelo. Bamford is healthy but doesn’t sound like he is ready to start. Should be close to a real squad out there Sunday.
