Let's hope it's too early for an 'oh what could have been' comment. Reminds me of Matías ' Matigol' Fernández.

Swansea were relegated or promoted? Are you saying he played 2nd divison football last year?

Yeah the buyout isn’t high at all, but it’s because he apparently has no desire to leave. City may be a club who could talk him out of Real, but I doubt it.

Sucks that he is waiting for Modric to regress. Just hasn’t happened yet.

I see this news more as leverage to get Napoli to just agree to a deal though. There is zero chance we would actually chase and sign Lemina lol.

Marek Hamsik met with Napoli last night, reports suggest, and the captain made it clear he wants to leave the club.

Now Sky is reporting that Hamsik and his entourage met with President Aurelio De Laurentiis and sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli in Rome last night, and it was made clear that the captain wants a new challenge.

Matteo Moretto backs reports from the Corriere dello Sport that his price has been set at €30m, which could make a transfer difficult.

A Chinese club would effectively be paying €60m, as any transfer fee paid outside of China incurs a 100 per cent tax, which goes toward a player development fund.

We sold Coutinho for £142m

We have bought:
Nabil Fekir: £52.8m****
Naby Keita: £52m
Fabinho: £43m
Total: £148.5m

We’ve basically sold Coutinho for a much upgraded midfield for £6.5m. Give Michael Edwards a statue

Use the money from out CL run and get a deal with Alison done

***Havent seen an official number so if it ends up being higher then frick off, this fits the narrative
