Yeah they've been on it all week that we're trying to get him and Zouma from Chelsea on loan. Poyet had been very tight lipped about basically everything but his desire to have Marcos Alonso come back full time as our left back. Considering we have all of zero on the roster, and only Billy Jones on the right side along with the two Man U dinosaurs in the middle, that's probably a good thing.

I saw that they offered a huge transfer fee but I didn't realize that the bidding ended there. Good for them...if he pans out then they are set at the position for a decade
