They have quietly dropped alot of coin so far.

the only confirmed deal is fernando for £12m.
zucculini fee looks like it will be around £3m.
caballero fee looks like it could be £6m.
do you know something i don't? doesn't seem like a lot of money.

Luis Suarez to Barcelona will, as expected, be a £75m cash deal. None of #LFC spending so far dependent on his sale

There was a time only a few short months ago when I wouldn't have taken less than £100M for Suarez. Times have changed.
I guess if he's going to go - and I'd really rather he didn't - £75M isn't a bad price.
Now, can we please buy a center back or two?

Looks like Lucas may be on his way out. This makes me sad as he is a personal of my favorite of mine.

But on the other side, there's this. LINK

I don't like how the big teams seem to be getting their business done early. I want some deadline day drama like last year.

Bayern signed a left back so I'm currently scared that Alaba is going to play center mid next year with Philipp Lahm.

yea i have a buddy that nearly offed himself when you guys sold xabi alonso, this will surely do him in

Sad to see Lucas go, if true. But it's probably time.

BR is slowly but surely turning the squad over... I see Lucas and Agger being next (of the old guard)... will be sad, but we should get value while we can...

A good move. Sad, but good.

The missus is not going to like this one bit.

We shouldn't let Agger go until after we get someone else. The last thing we want in the transfer market is to A) be desperate for a CB and B) have £70-80M in our pockets. Preferably neither of those things before our signings. That's why it's frustrating that Southampton is playing hardball. . .

It won't matter. Lovren's whining will get him released. He'll be at LFC by the end of the window.
