We also suck at closing the deal.
The only deal closers in the EPL are Chelsea and City

I get the feeling that Bayern is setting up a pretty big transfer. Not sure what it is but something seems weird.

Clubs from England and Germany have 'enormous interest' in Matt Besler. He will either sign an extension with Kansas City, or make a move to a team in either the Premier League or Bundesliga. A decision will probably come within the next 10 days.
LINK
Neither he, nor Zusi, will be playing Sunday as SKC takes on Chicago, but they will both be at the game. If he does indeed make a move it will likely be the last SKC home game before he does so, and it may be a very emotional day at Sporting Park.
If he does leave, I will be incredibly disappointed... but even more so, I'll be happy for him. A true professional, and a hero in KC. The good news is that it will mean more potential playing time for Erik Palmer-Brown and he will be able to develop even more.

Oh, also, Jorge Claros to SKC seems like it's done. The man who got shot in the head in 2011 and played for Honduras in the World Cup 3 years later.
95% sure it is about Claros.

Solid deal done. Not a dp, but high quality. Just waiting on ITC stamp. Probably post 4th weekend. #happy4th

Hey S,
Are you hearing that Leeds are firm on the £10m price tag for Ross Mac? I want the guy, but that price doesn't do it for me.

i think he could be had for 7-8
dont think the owner/president wants to sell him but you know how these things usually end when the player has made up his mind

I was thinking no more than £8m and I'd be OK about it.
On a side note, I'm really pumped about the season. Considering this is the Championship it's probably completely unfounded, but it will be nice to be favored in most matches for a change.

Ya its fun in a shitty way. Tons of matches. Fulham is a pretty stable club all things considered so they should be in the mix.
Some good clubs in that league... Fulham, boro, birmingham, leeds, forest, blackburn, bolton, charlton, wolves, derby, ipswich, wednesday, etc

Cataluña´s Mundo Sport says Arséne Wenger has telephoned Iker Casillas, about going to Arsenal.
It is known that if Iker would leave, it would be for England, and concretely, London.
Hmmh..

Casillas looks like a shell of his former self. Maybe he will respond to Wenger's style, which players tend to love.

Denís Suárez signed with Sevilla.

Madrid wants 40 mill for diMaria, thanks but no thanks
Also apparently Arsenal and Barca have reached a price for Alexis but Barca would rather him go to Liverpool.

The Daily Star is saying that Manchester United are weighing up a bid for £40million-rated Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria. It is reported that talks over an improved contract at the Bernabeu have stalled amid claims in Madrid he is being to greedy, and Real have decided to test the market for him. United are said to have been keeping tabs on the Argentina international but value him at closer to £30m and he is understood to have reservations about joining a club who will not be playing in the Champions League this season.

He had a shitty month-long period, but he played well for most of the year. Well enough for some people to question Diego Lopez's place in the team.

Can't keep all of that Premier League money inside of England.

I think he's in the same boat as basically everyone else still playing, anyway. No one wants to deal with that shite right now

James Rodríguez´s transfer fee is €75M.
His salary is €5M per annum (I don´t know if this is gross or net).
If DiMaría brings €50M, then I could James coming to the Bernabéu.
