His father is saying he will move to Sunderland on 5 month loan... I'm guessing until Lampard heads to NY

Move was always on the cards after Hodgson put Foster over him. He wants to be England's keeper, and he can't achieve that while playing in Scotland.

Looks as though AC Milan will get Diego Lopez from Real Madrid on a free transfer.

Amazing that Lopez is the one jettisoned from Madrid and not Casillas.

Based on quality of play certainly. However the decision likely came down to Lopez OR Navas.
I'd guess--since I really don't follow Real-- it's more that Keylor Navas is their keeper going forward. By keeping Casillas to "compete" and probably end up as backup/Coppa GK they save some grief from fans by keeping a legend on board and sell a lot more merch as well.

Manchester United are edging closer to bringing Juan Cuadrado to Old Trafford after Spanish newspaper Sport say an agreement has been made with the player.
Louis van Gaal is hot on the heels of the Fiorentina winger, but interest from Barcelona created a problem for the £36million-rated Colombian, which the front page acknowledges.

shite ton of money. i love cuadrado. kinda hate that you or barca would play him at RWB though. what a waste that would be. also, seems too independent, especially in that spot, for LvG's liking, but maybe i'm wrong about that.
