now according to the beeb, Suarez has been allowed to hold talks with us.
a sometimes reliable arsenal ITK (said from what he heard we had a good shot with cesc, but did tweet about the Monreal injury before it was public) says he's told Liverpool he wants to go to Arsenal.

yeah that was in the article I just read as well.
i would imagine the deal could get worked out between the £45-50m range with significant add-ons. maybe a sell-on clause. depends on how much Suarez pushes and the interest of RM.

Some weird reports out of Brazil. Seems Bernard prefers Arsenal, but there may be some third party ownership stuff going on which would lead to him going to Porto. unlike the Suarez saga, the Bernard saga should be resolved in 24-48 hrs. considering watching the Copa Libertadores final tonight if I can find the time.

A lot of talk on twitter about Pablo Osvaldo going to Fulham. I don't really believe it, but if we're actually going after him maybe it means the new owner is willing to spend relatively big (for Fulham at least)
