He's gone which sucks... but Leeds is bigger then Robert Snodgrass. MOT!

He's gone but not a huge loss in my opinion. Would have loved to see him remain with the club because of Leeds' Scottish tradition. However, I think we can do better. Maybe now our strikers will be on the receiving end of some decent crosses. MOT

maybe we can improve the terms offered to mccormack and keep hold of him while also strengthening the squad. would hate to lose both mcswagmack and snoddy but if we can bring in a maynard like signing as well as some more help in the back, i'll be delighted.

David Norris rumored to be signing tomorrow. I guess Leeds fans can support Norwich City and Pompey can support Leeds.

Snodgrass could be used to pry Nicky Maynard away from West Ham.... if he's gonna leave i like this option better.

andy o'brien also likely to move on one of these days. he's been in talks with another club and it's rumored he will go for a nominal fee. at the very least it helps clear the wage bill.

Apparently we receive 1.5 of the three million for Snoddy this year and the rest is deferred. Colin has already spent 1.5 on new players so we'll have to see how much he has to spend on any additional. I don't know how much we would get for Macca but I don't imagine it would be anywhere close to the fee for Snoddy. In other words we may be done with high-profile signings for the closed season. MOT

Jason Pearce - 500,000
Paddy Kenny - undisclosed
Adam Drury - Free
Rodolpho Austin - 200,000
Paul Green - Free
Luke Varney - 750,000
Andy Gray - Free
Jamie Ashdown - Free

Adam Clayton - undisclosed
Robert Snodgrass - 1,500,000 up front, remainder in two payments by next year.
Andy Lonergan - undisclosed

I think we are likely breaking about even as far as transfer funds go. I could see one more big transfer especially if the takeover goes through sometime soon.

Also, Warnock stated he will not sell McCormack unless we have signed his replacement first. Macca isn't going anywhere IMO. I think we will sign Peltier and Cranie... probably another forward and that will be it.
