Yes, I already started the week 2 thread yesterday. Just go in that thread and make a pick for this week to get started. You won't have the option to earn a mulligan, but you'll be entered in the contest.
Also, to whoever the admin with the power to sticky threads on this board is, can we get the week 1 thread replaced with week 2? I don't think we've stickied these in the past, but I like the idea.
