P. Peterson winning the battle with J. Jones, so far...

McElroy would have to throw a perfect pass to get it in on most plays with Peterson covering Jones.
Julio was open in the endzone, but I don't think Peterson was covering him.
Bama is moving Julio inside and out to get away from Peterson.
Need to continue this for another half.
Chavis will eventually get someone to cover Maze. I hope. Lol.

Bama is winning the war because Maze is destroying everyone else!

Peterson's good no doubt, but its not the complete game changer like some have made it out to be, we've got WR's open, wide open at times, we just have to hit them.

Have you checked the score yet?

The way Maze is getting open that could easily change.

Mo Claiborne should cover maze, but inexperienced I guess.

Did you really take that as a criticism of Peterson?

Wow, have a little faith, hope, and love for your team man.

He's made some big plays, but no one is destroying anyone. The game is 7-3. Potential is there on both sides. LSU is killing themselves with useless penalties. Pressure on QB is keeping bama from completing open passes.

I think I understand what you're saying.... PP = Beast... Eugene and hawkins need to step up and cover mayes.

to be fair, he hasn't been tested that much. unless you expect him to get an int every time he is thrown against

You guys are misunderstanding me, I'm just saying that we can win this even if PP is glued onto Julio for the rest of the game and completely takes him out of it. Its not a complete game changer.

Peterson can't cover your entire receiving corps.
Sorry.
Sorry.

At this point, McElroy is going to have 300+ passing. While that's good, thats not how we win.
