I can only imagine how hurt these guys are. Hell, I feel like I got punched in the gut, and I haven't left one drop of sweat on that field all year. I wouldn't read too much into these guys' immediate reactions on twitter to losing the MNC and a historic season for their team.

Great season . But as I've stated before, better team lost Nov.5. Tonight we left no doubt. Great season for Lsu though. Just came up short.

Blackwell also got what was coming to him. He should have never opened his mouth and said that 'Bama shouldn't be in that game. The players themselves said that they used the "ppl don't think we should be in this game" motivation card.
