I'm glad Bama won it this year cuz I think LSU has it in the bag in 2012.

Thats why Nov 5 was so hard. I knew if we didnt do it this year it would be several years away cause LSU probally takes it next year.

USC 2005, Bama 2010, and Florida 2009 say "hello".

No sir, not so. I doubt very very seriously LSU has it in the bag in 2012. The problem isn't talent, there's a ton of that on the team, the problem is coaching. For example, LSU has great receivers, not just good ones, but great ones and they weren't even used in the NC game. Hilliard was doing great at running back, not really used in the NC game.

I realize this is posted immediately after an LSU loss, but there were so many, so many wrongs in the coaching of the game tonight.

I have zero confidence going forward.

It's hard to imagine after tonight. QB play might help, but Damn...

No doubt been the luckiest team this year. If it wasn't for Boise or OK State blowing those games things would've been different.

Meh, pump the brakes. They're loaded but we have no idea what their QB play will be like (and I know the inevitable can't be worse than tonight posts are coming.)

I would probably have them #1. In the bag? No.

I do too. They're definitely going to win it all next year. Mettenberger's going to be a big upgrade over Jefferson and Lee.

Well, you never know how a first year starter at QB will be, but other than QB, they have all the pieces in place.

If Mett= Aj then they have a good shot. My question is who else they lose, like MO and others.

Yep I see Mett being as good as A.J. Maybe even better because I believe their receiving corps will be a lot better than this year's Alabama's receiving corps if Randle stays for his senior year. LSU certainly has the complimentary parts (great defense, tremendous running game) to help a young QB along next year.
