Yeah my wife actually had been hit by a car when she was 12. And went through care for that way back then. Then she was diagnosed with Lyme last year and that made her have pain all over. Once she was cleared of the Lyme her lower back still hurt and we wanted to start having children so pain medication was out of the question. Her and her doctor decided on the PT, and once she started therapy they actually determined that she has arthritis. She's actually done with the PT now and it seemed to help a lot.

We received a subrogation questionnaire from our health insurance (BCBS). My wife had been getting physical therapy for lower back pain. It wasn't caused by an accident or anyone injuring her, her doctor referred her in lieu of taking pain meds. They want us to mark yes or no to determine if someone else is liable but no one is. Does anyone have any experience with this? TIA
