I agree with Elon. The second amendment has been overgrown by technology. No matter what it says, we can’t let “the people” have nuclear weapons or tanks. Guns that can have large clips, and therefore can easily be used for mass murder, should be legal, but we should not give them to crazy people like the yo-yo who shot up that school.
