Doesn't strike me as a city that has been successfully cramming Soros funded prosecutors into the DAs office. The city used to swing democrat but not exactly the land of woke you are acting like they are.

The mayor is a nonpartisan office. She was horrible during covid. She is a registered nurse and Lexington had restrictions as long as any blue city in the country. She is a registered republican, but won't tell you if she ever voted for Trump.

Fayette County voted for Kamala 58% to 40.

Fayette and Jefferson are why red state Kentucky has Beshear.

In fairness to this woman and others.....if you park a car somewhere and you come back to find it surrounded by a crowd, there's not much you could do to avoid it other than avoiding that particular stadium, restaurant, bar, etc.
