My first house was in White Settlement and I grocery shopped at this Wal Mart when I lived there. It is west of Fort Worth. Basically, the further west you go from Fort Worth, the more conservative it gets. This particular area of White Settlement is middle low to middle income families.
Mostly white families with a decent amount of blacks but predominantly white. The community will absolutely keep an eye out for this guy. If he's local, or regular, I'm guessing he'll be caught.
Pretty low to target a girl scout. But apparently they don't care how old or young as long as they get their reparations.
