Y'all ready to spend $500B or more to rebuild Ukraine?

For me it's a hard pass.
I saw estimates to rebuild Ukraine at $400B, then $500B, then $600B, then $750B....and now $1T, with the US paying half or more.
Zelensky trying to set the stage for BlackRock and others. We all know BlackRock et al will tell us there will be a return on our investment. There will never be ROI. It's just money laundering. No one is falling for this any longer.
I've come to cherish how much all of you love my video production skills, so my latest campaign video is up, Rebuilding Ukraine: Hard Pass
In a nutshell - when I'm elected, BlackRock and the others will get nothing.
I want to lift all sanctions on Russia, and release / return Russian assets - let them use that to rebuild Ukraine.
American money for Americans.
Rather than $500B to the Ukraine money laundering enterprise, I suggest:
$100B to cancer research
$100B to secure the border
$50B to help re-industrialize the US
$250B over ten years to the Native American and Black communities. Direct to resources, infrastructure, and people. No "community organizers" or "stakeholder engagement" to be paid for. No intermediaries.
American money to American communities. Part of the reason I'm here is to get feedback. If you have better ideas, I'll write them down and make changes to my platform, policies etc.
I feel awful for the Ukrainian people but enough is enough. If there was a way to make Lindsey Graham, Victoria Nuland and others personally have to rebuild Ukraine, I'd do it.
I put up a video titled 'Little Lady Lindsey' and I pledged to put Lindsey in uniform and drop him on the ground in Ukraine so he can get his war on - he's always so eager to put others in a combat zone, so I'm going to let him experience that. He's a JAG in the Chair Force (no surprise there), so he's fair game for call-up.
For however long the war goes after I'm elected, Little Lady Lindsey will be on the ground soaking it all in, experiencing bracketing by artillery, concussion from blasts, the zip of passing rounds, etc.
Greenwald says people like Graham view war as entertainment. I suspect the Little Lady won't be entertained when she's in the middle of it.
If Zelensky and his Nazi buddies don't like my plan, they can meet me at Sonic - and that is the thumbnail for the video.

I can make it budget neutral but that's for another day. However, you make a good point. That's part of why I've structured this as I have.
The point you're making is exactly what Little Lady Lindsey Graham would make - if his buddies aren't getting in on the money laundering, all of a sudden printing money is bad. But if I were to cheerlead rebuilding cash for Ukraine, they'd be tripping over themselves making excuses to print even more.
This plan forces them to declare Americans and groups of Americans to be subordinate to Ukrainians, which they will not stand by, obviously. So they'll invent justifications, but nothing gets audited. The cat is out of the bag. They can't promise accountability and they won't even attempt to, so in the end they have to just be exposed for wanting money to launder to their donors (which gets laundered back to them and their campaign accounts), and that they don't care for Ukrainians or Americans.
The American People are done with this Ukraine business. Make DC make a choice - either the money is here in America or it's not getting spent at all. Picking Ukraine is a loser for them. Denying assistance to Native American and Black communities is like 20% of the population. Another loser idea. And if they choose fiscal responsibility, great - we'll just continue to make them take that choice, over and over and over again.
The battle here is Us v DC.

Why doesn’t our government concern itself with our own issues that we have here? Cut entitlement programs and use that money for infrastructure spending. Remove all forms of income tax.

No, America First. We have military veterans in this country who need better health care and housing. We need to finish building the border wall. Plenty of better ways to spend the money than rebuilding Ukraine.

Want to help the Black Community and the Native Americans? Round up all the SOB's that illegally walked in here and boot them back across the Rio Grande where they belong. Make it illegal as hell to hire any of them and enforce it.

Y'all are fixated on the black thing. I'm not talking about funding the breakup of the black family, which is what Dems have done for decades. And I'm not talking about getting "community leaders" AKA grifters involved either.
I'm talking about additional funding for things like private school. I already want to get rid of the Dept of Ed and send that money direct to states. I want to give tax credits and other incentives for homeschooling and private school so we can start to drain the public school system of its ability to indoctrinate.
If you add $1000 or so from this money for 2M or so students, you can get even more black families to send their kids to private school, or homeschool, and further this along.
