While also bigoted, I don’t see how that has any effect on this lawsuit.

Now 1000s of users are posting screenshots of major ads being placed next to "hateful" content.
1000s? ... and ... yet ... not ... one ... link

to be found ... anywhere.

A search engine would work as well.

Lawsuit is dead on arrival.

You’re still battling 1.000 on getting your legal conclusion completely wrong. You clearly don’t understand what the petition alleges. You likely haven’t even read the petition.

What is your opinion of the merits of the suit?

I have a terrible time addressing you because I don't think you're a serious person. I'll give it a shot though.

The complaint does not contest that ads are appearing on its platform next to antisemitic content. It argues, however, that by creating an account that follows accounts that post "hateful" content and refreshing the feed often, MM witnessed more of these ad placements than a typical user would. X has called the action “inauthentic activity.”

Question: What is a typical user? Can a typical user not follow only accounts that post "hateful content? How often should a typical user witness undesirable ad placements before advertisers feel the need to take action again harm?

Regardless though, typical users are providing evidence of the contrary in real time (after the company claimed to address the issue). Lawsuit is dead.

Hope this helps.

That if the allegations can be proven there will be civil damages. You?

You’re concentrating on the wrong issues. How many people witness the undesirable ad placement is irrelevant.

Hope that helps.

That’s it? That’s not an analysis of the merits. That’s just I think they’ll win if they prove their case.

Why? Was my law school not prestigious enough for you. My practice not big enough? Where did you go to law school and practice?

You asked my opinion. I gave it. If you were a lawyer you would understand why the allegations they make would create damages. It’s not that complicated. Again. Your inability to keep up is it a me problem.

Perhaps stop opining on law and get back to your “significant” business ownership which has never participated in litigation.
