I know this thread is supposed to be focused on the the coincidence noted in the OP but for this tangential query here are some more points in addition to religion and terrorism:
Mass casualty events in public, iconic locations.
Sudden, chaotic violence causing widespread panic.
Multiple perpetrators acting in coordination.
Involvement of potential secondary devices.
Rapid emergency response and national/international shock albeit not at the same scale.

I gave you 6 exceptions. At some point you are going to have to admit this event fits into the "style" bucket to some extent.
And "9/11 style" was a prediction by Candace on 11/27 that met her predicted timeline. I agree, she was not 100% accurate but her prediction did have sufficient accuracy such that we are talking about the accuracy of her prediction right now.
