I mean, it’s OBVIOUSLY not true.
Why do you do this to yourself, even after you’re warned it’s not true? Just double down on jibberish and hope for the best?

This is what I mean by channeling violence. Via discipline. Football, sure for the 1% who play it. The military, sure for the 1% who join it. Sports does play a big role in getting some young men on the right track, with their lives and dealing with issues as men. But we are seeing a crisis for men right now. Male orgs/club/agency is all seen as de facto problematic.
Men do well in groups of me, with a leader and discipline that enforce norms at the point when they are broken. Our society is basically the opposite of this.
If we can improve the outcome for young me just a little bit, we'd move the needle on violence.
