This was the off the shelf republican tax bill as I understand it, so you have to imagine it was going to look like this no matter the Republican president.

There were no tax cuts for mail man dads, so I imagine Kasich's plan would be way different

there wouldnt have been one, they would be working out the final details on single payer obamacare (full government controlled healthcare with no private options allowed).
