Given: healthcare is a basic human right.
Given: nurses are paid poorly and overworked, abused by the system.
Given: if nurses strike, healthcare will not be administered to people.

Question for socialists: should it be illegal for nurses to strike for any reason, no matter their working conditions?

It would seem that, given that receiving healthcare is a human right, nurses cannot strike or stop working since they would be depriving people of their basic rights.

Interesting take....

In California they strike all the time... Know quite a few nurses that worked strike areas and made a ton of money...

Use or access to another person’s time and skill should never be a right. That’s called slavery.

The wife is an RN, they literally have a duty to not strike. They consider it an abandonment of patients and can actually have their licenses revoked for it.
