Just go into a business and fall down.

Apparently it works in Arlen, TX also.
Go to Costco, slip on pee-pee, collect $53k.

Great. Now cruises are going to keep track of how much I've been drinking? Yay for lawyers!

Another example of a screwed American judicial system

Should have been ridiculed and embarrassed instead of paid

I like how the lawsuit says “She was served14 drinks.” Rather than “She ordered 14 drinks.”

Did you catch the part where the attorney said they had a jury of 8 women in Miami?

First all, why did the attorney add that seemingly random fact? Not random at all! The lawyer is communicating to his lawyer friends about why he was such a genius to get this verdict. He knew the female jury pool would be sympathetic to this woman.

Secondly, getting women out of jury pools would possibly be more impactful than repealing the 19th.

Less than 2 shots per hour? Come the frick on. I’ve drank a fifth of 1800 tequila in under 2 hours and could still drive

Bartenders have a responsibility to the customer and community to not serve to someone who is visibly intoxicated.
