Think about what he just said.....almost a year and all of Lois Lerners emails have still NOT been turned over to the committee. Can you imagine if IBM was withholding information from the IRS?

This is just another Republican clown show.
Whereas the Republicans are whining about why they want Lerner to testify and crying that she has refused, the Democrats keep reminding that the Bill of Rights, Supreme Court precedent, and the great majority of legal opinion (Quinn, Hoag, etc.) are all on Ms. Lerner's side.
Holder would be wise not to prosecute this sham. And you should thank him for it.

Look up Ex Parte Grossman. The law is most definitely not on her side. Even if Holder doesn't prosecute she can still go to jail.
