You're so fricking dense, I bet you think Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.

Keep guarding your desk in DC, Baghdad Clint. I sleep more soundly at night knowing that you're working so diligently to protect us.

Direct action is a very small, though important, part of their mission.

tell lies
They're a spy agency. What do you expect?

They're accountable to tell the truth to properly cleared representatives of the people. And when they get caught lying to them, there are consequences.

Who said Wikileaks is fake? I said it works in coordination with the Kremlin and targets the US and its allies while ignoring entirely the Kremlin and its misdeeds. This is easily verifiable.

You cant prove that with openly available information. Id love to be able to trust the IC but they have openly proven themselves to push lies and act in a political manner.

One thing I dont get. If the Russians are running that show, why are they only attacking candidates that want to disrupt their populations by importing millions of third world scum? Wouldnt Russia love to see chaos and disorder in the countries of their enemies?

Russia isn't concerned with "muh race".

Russia is concerned with "muh birth rate".

I meant the fact that they almost exclusively target the US and her allies to the complete exclusion of Russia (to date) is easily verifiable. You're right in saying I can't conclusively prove that Wikileaks is tasked by the Kremlin, though there is evidence suggesting as much.

Russia wants to exploit seams in the European and NATO blocs. Nationalism (here manifested as Euroskepticism and ambivalence toward NATO) is a great tool for fracturing the 80 year-old western international consensus and order.

Clint, you're still on the Trump/Russian collusion? You're still pushing that false narrative? Even Diane Feinstein says there's no evidence to support that.

Geez, who am I going to believe? A ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, or some insecure dude on an anonymous message board?

Such a tough call.

What false information have they published?

I don't really think so, man. I think you probably have an impression typical of interested and educated Americans. That is, a largely headlines-driven understanding peppered with some ideas from movies and other entertainment media. They have analysts that track everything from exotic diseases and financial markets to the families of high-level terrorists. They have scientists that develop all kinds of neat, but generally practical tools and applications. Researchers that study military doctrine and tactics, experts in sabotage and subversion, I&W watch officers, and yes, trained killers. Pretty neat organization.

I know enough not to trust them.

You should know enough not to use their word as evidence.

Well the topic at hand is Wikileaks--not notional alternatives to Wikileaks.

Well, I mean...........does Wikileaks somehow have a mechanism for preventing all of this stuff that you think should be coming out from coming out?

You passive agressive melt and quiet rage at Trump supporters has been quite amusing the last few months. I know you were looking so very much forward to berating and heckling them after Trump lost the election but you can't do that so you have to find other convenient scapegoats in other elections, culture wars between the left and right and just being salty about whatever Trump does in office.

I'm pretty convinced that the only thing that has kept you truly melting down about Trump winning is that you apparently and allegedly hate Hillary Clinton.

Isn't it just as possible that their lack of Russian releases is because they're scared of the Kremlin?

Prior to the election of 2008, Russia must have wet 500 pairs of panties in the anticipation of Obama's election.

We know Iran did.
