You know which of these has a meaningful impact on my life from a day to day basis? That is the one I am concerned with.
Exactly.
I mean, the moment the Russians give me and about 300 million other Americans a vote in their national elections, I suppose I'll start worrying about their politics more.
In the meantime, opposing bad nations should probably start with ours not being bad. As such, information that helps deal with that is pleasantly accepted.

They've released information on African, South American, and Caribbean governments. Try again.
And Russian dissidents are eager for the wider world to know the scale of Putin's corruption and repression of internal dissent. Maybe if more here had a true appreciation of it we wouldn't have so many Outin fanboys.
So you feel if you expose any corruption you must expose all corruption or we ignore what IS exposed?

No, but you probably shouldn't ignore the rest, either.

LOL. Now you're reaching.
As a possible reason for Wikileaks' apparent refusal to release information damaging to Russia you essentially posited that there's no utility in doing so because everyone already knows of Russia's corruption.
In rebuttal I offered examples of them releaseing information damaging tomgovernents already thought corrupt.
Where's the reaching?
quote:Well the topic at hand is Wikileaks--not notional alternatives to Wikileaks.
I wasn't aware that wikileaks had a proprietary system that was patented that no one else could duplicate.

Please tell us how Russia benefits from wikileaks release of documents.
You're kidding right?
Wkikleaks released documents that are detrimental to opponents of nationalist candidates before 2 different elections. Nationalist candidates being elected certainly benefits Russia/Putin's global strategy.

Unfortunately the southern mentality isn't especially well-suited to integrating unfamiliar or unpalatable ideas. It's part and parcel to the region's backward legacy.
You love to denigrate the South. Yet, so many of us "backwards-arse Southerners" have schooled you multiple time. Personally, you happen to be 0-10 against me.
One question, Clint. If you are so "superior" to most of the other posters here, how come you were too stupid to recognize the anti-Establishment mood of the electorate during the 2015-2016 election cycle? I mean, you were still foolishly riding low-energy Jeb's dick as late as December of 2015.
You aren't intellectually superior to most of the people here. You simply have a desperate need to portray yourself as being such. That's why I call you Clint.
You pretend to be Eastwood, but you're really much closer to Pee-wee Herman.

They didn't though, right? Didn't Navy or you point out that they had done South African and a whole host of others?
But, I only care about the US. I could care less about the other countries and had no idea who else they had exposed or did not expose.
Even if they had not exposed anybody else I couldn't care less. I am not really interested in Russian, Bulgarian or anybody elses politics. The only reason I know anything about the French elections right now is because of threads on this board.

I thought you were complaining about WikiLeaks not exposing Russian politics, and that they were not a good source of information because they did not expose their politics. I MIGHT be misunderstand your stance on WikiLeaks, because I am late to this party!
ETA
Just to clarify things, what are you upset about concerning WikiLeaks?

Surely you aren't saying that our intelligence agencies depend upon WikiLeaks for their information.

in nts defense, the op sort of self-hijacked by including nt in the op.

I will give you credit for one thing, though. You're one of the most loyal & subservient little lapdogs I've ever seen. Do you do tricks for your master? Can you roll over in that hat?
