4,000 troops is nothing. Obama sent 30,000 in '09. This is not some giant expansion of the war effort.
Can somebody please tell me what the mission is and what criteria defines the missions end
Note I'm not asking for dates. I'm asking for criteria.
If leaders cannot Define what success looks like then they shouldn't put troops In Harm's Way. And success simply must have an end. If success is merely a state of play That Never Ends that isn't success at all
