Everything has to start somewhere - and somewhen. With the dems going 24/7/365 - investigate/impeach/immoral/incorrect spelling - there is no way for the timing look unrelated to something. As far as the timing with biden running, to a large extent, it could not be addressed during the muller investigation for the same reason. The investigation is done, things that need criminal charges were found, and the change to prosecution is being made. The investigations have been going on for quite a while, longer than I expected.

I believe this is a grand scale plan of extreme obfuscation to muddle the actual story as it comes to light. If they can run a parallel narrative, regardless of validity, along with the MSM, they can effectively drag an exhausted and bewildered population into the next election in order to mitigate damages they will suffer from Spygate.
I'm afraid Trump is going to have to channel his inner Ross Perot and call an hour long State of the Union infomercial complete with charts and graphics to spell it out to the people. Can no longer count on the news to report on things as they are. They can catch Brennan with his hand in the cookie jar, drag him out of CNN studios in cuffs, on live TV.....and there will be a breaking news that the guy who baked the cookies once took a cooking class in Trump Tower back in the late 80's

I think that's the only option they have left, and you saw signs of it in that Anderson Cooper clip. When they start putting out the real facts (talking about Mifsud, for example) so they can get in front of them with this "can you believe that they believe this" stuff, we're getting close. The prior play was just to deny the entire thing as crazy talk. They know details are coming and they're trying the appeal to ridicule strategy as a preemptive strike.
