It’s a cycle of access to cheap labor drive down cost increase profit.
Which happens because American labor is too expensive to compete with most other nations. Your own govt is to blame. This can be fixed by stopping fetishizing increased employment.
The only other way to fix this is with productivity increases, which are on the horizon and will require mass layoffs.

Do you think the US would be better served if these individuals stayed in India and developed those companies there?
Yes, because then they would build India up from the shitehole it is today, and if there is a strong India, we could export even more there.
And if there was a strong India, less would have to come to my country where my ancestors fought in wars to keep it.

It really is like every other group. A mixed bag, there’s is just really large. The largest that now frequently mixes since China stays isolated.
All you have to do is look at the Asians, they came over worked the low jobs saved up and raised good kids, kids got money and were fine and by about the third generation you start to see the slackers and all of a sudden fat Asians.

The USA became "great" by stealing intellectuals from other nations.
Where do you think our space program would have been?

There is an unwarranted fetish for the American worker on this site
Nothing wrong with that. But it’s only honest to say that a large percentage of Americans have become fat and lazy and leave themselves open to being beaten in the job market. I believe that will change and is changing in real time. I think more parents who have grade school aged kids are wise to the “a college degree is imperative no matter the field” scam and will push their kids into market driven education, or push their kids into trades that offer far more value than a large percentage of degrees offered by crooked institutions of higher education.

The productivity increases have already started.
It’s a trade off, you increase production via robotics and it requires less workers but better trained. So you have 120 jobs cut 40 and then hire 20 and you are still paying the same wages just more to the new more skilled 20.
It’s why the smart economic developers know investment number is the best number.
A declining population is actually ok for where we are heading with production and robotics.
American workers are expensive but they do a better quality job than an overseas team. Any that has ever worked with a true India based team knows this.
We should only be taking the best of the best from other countries.

I have a grandson thats chosen a trade over college, I support him.
The trades require skills htough, and thats where you lose most of our younger people. They only understand credentialism.

Absolutely but its going to lead to a white collar bloodbath.

If they all lie on their CVs how do they end up starting or running some of the largest tech companies in the US.
We aren't talking about the Viveks and CEOs
We are talking about the massive number of H1Bs who come into the country to displace American workers working entry level/mid level software engineering, IT, DevOps, and data science jobs

Oh it is for sure those that aren’t top talent, can’t adapt and also don’t have the relationships are going to end up in a bad time.
The plug and play type stuff will be phased out and only people that can be plug and think will survive for a while.
It’s possible at some point no job other than skilled repair type work is safe.

Bingo these are the ones depressing the wages along with the teams overseas which get paid almost nothing.

There is a belief that skilled work will be safer going forward than credentialed work.
White collar layoffs
quote:
In “The True Believer,” Eric Hoffer wrote, “Nothing is so unsettling to a social order as the presence of a mass of scribes without suitable employment and an acknowledged status.”
We’re about to find out just how right he was.
From the 1970s to roughly now, offshoring and automation gobbled up blue-collar factory-type jobs.
Auto companies laid off workers by the thousands and sent factories to Canada and Mexico.
In 1977, on what Salena Zito calls “the day that destroyed the working class,” Youngstown Sheet and Tube laid off 5,000 workers.
Within months U.S. Steel had shut down 16 plants and Jones & Laughlin laid off further thousands.
This went on for decades in industry after industry, with everything from textiles to semiconductor manufacturing closing or moving offshore.
White-collar types were notably unsympathetic, for the most part.
Berkeley professor and Clinton administration Labor Secretary Robert Reich declared the future belonged to the “symbolic analysts” — people who, in the words of a Steve Earle song, use their brains and not their hands.
Laid-off coal miners in the last decade were contemptuously told to “learn to code.”

The average uq of Indians was not very high.
But when you have a billion people, you have a lost of smart people even if proportionally it is low.
And if you were smart and hard working and could come to the united states you would. So they do.
We self select the Indians we let in. It's not like the central Americans we let in under biden which is everyone who comes through the border.
Our the number of Haitians they fly in every month.
We should only allow the best and the brightest of those countries in a well.
But biden is brain dead.

Last week: Brain Raped Retards melting down over muh debt ceiling
This week: Brain Raped Retards melting down over Indians
You do realize that these are not organic thoughts and that the same people who sever cocks off of little boys and scrape the twats of little girls are manipulating you.
If you are in a perpetual state of outrage you forget that they are literally raping your arse and you are drowning in a pool of blood shite and jizz.
What will be the Brain Raped Retard Outrage of the Week next week?

It will be 100 percent safer, but at some point tech might eventually capture those.
Capitalism is easily the greatest system ever but at some point it’s probably going to collapse due to its greatness and kinda plunge us into to a dark ages.

With an automated industry, a competent capable population would become entrepreneurs offering services and creating.
But we keep saving incompetent people who keep breeding, and our population isnt competent or capable anymore.

They always talk about bringing in the best and brightest from India. I get it if it means bringing in the best and brightest to be a research scientist to cure cancer or something.
We don't need to import Indians to work a mobile app development job for Procter & Gamble, a data engineering job for Wendy's corporate office, a software engineering job for Toyota America, or an IT job for Bank of America.

Has anyone mentioned that Indians hate white people and view their economic conquest as a Trojan horse for ethnic revenge?

Those were NOT pajeets from India. Those were Germans.
And the o-1 visa still allows unlimited amounts of "extraordinary" immigrants. Most of whom come from Europe. Their cultures are quite similar to our own, and they assimilate near-perfectly.
The H1-B visa is for middling-skilled workers from horrible cultures, a visa tied to a company, and which creates a low-wage serf who isn't allowed to leave that company.
Those jobs we could train people for. But the problem that the Corporatists have, is they want the cheapest labor possible.
This is not a "sports team" or "economic zone". This is my homeland. I don't want shite cultures taking it over. Pretty damn simple.
