I do not know that it is illegal, but do you not find it odd that the President of the United States is conducting the foreign policy of this nation using not a state department employee, but rather his personal attorney?

The problem is that Rudy said he is acting in behalf of the State Dept. there is the problem. Pompeo better be ready to give some answers. There is a reason he didn’t want that transcript released baw.

Rudy has numerous communications with the State Department not only providing direction, setting up the meetings but also commending him for doing such a great job.
