frick that. Do it like unemployment. You should have to pay into the system for 4 of the past 5 quarters, have benefits for a limited time, and price you're looking for work the whole time.

I’d bet my left nut you were full fledged behind those who were hysterically shrieking that Newt Gingrich (who was basically 100% responsible for this) was taking out a “Contract ON America” in pushing this at the time.

I’m just putting it out there states make people reapply for things already. To anyone thinking it’s a dumb idea.
