Those are the real numbers for when you don't get your way, a-hole.

Why should we give someone a pass for voting with the left just because they lost?
Because you whiney babies on here don't make any noise when that happens. You're free to look up any numbers you want.

So you think Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett are more liberal than Roberts or Souter?

Barrett is 4th on a list of 6 if we're identifying a problem with the court.
It is not the percentage of votes with the "opposition" that matters because cases come to the court all the time that get a large majority of agreement from both sides because the case is clear and not necessarily devisive. What matters here is what the landmark cases are and how they vote. Roberts gave us Obamacare - he was the deciding vote.
So when justices get a reputation it is due to the landmark cases and every case in not one.

Kavanaugh—52% of the time. Yep. Over half of such cases. He's the justice most likely to side with the opposition.
Gorsuch—43% of the time.
Roberts—40% of the time.
Barrett—22% of the time. Roughly half as often as her male counterparts listed above.
Thomas and Alito—Less than 5% of the time.
I find your methodology for assigning good votes and bad votes inadequate.

We need to find a way to clone Thomas and keep him on that bench forever.
