In its basic form words are just vibrations received by our ears translating to our brain.

If you perceive words as just vibrations, why do we give them so much power.

It’s a choice to give wordS power. Why do we choose to give them authority over our existence?

It’s a serious step back and look at things from the outside moment. I’m beat down by politics, picking sides, and giving words power.

I thought I would engage the tunnel vision of politics and see if anyone else was tired of the programming and expectations of a difficult world.

President: says unforgivable things
You: yes but what are "words"?! Huh?!

Not a melt. This has nothing to do with party or the president. I’m genuinely wondering why we give words power when we don’t have to. It’s a choice.

Obviously you have to be mindful of words especially if it’s life or death. What I mean is why do we let words negatively impact us?

Maybe a little deeper than sticks and stones, why do we let negative words give us negative feelings when we are the decider or how they make us feel?

So I was always taught sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me.

Kinda important in today's society.
