Let me put things in terms you can understand:

Let's say your daughter is in your trailer and you ask your brother to keep an eye on her because she's a bit of a ho. But you don't trust your brother, so you have a camera watching your brother. You come home the next day, and after you sober up, your brother informs you that your daughter is pregnant, and it was an immaculate conception because there's no way he would touch his own niece, and oh yes, by the way, while it happened, the camera broke. Then you go back and watch the security camera up until the time it broke, and you see your brother walk up to the camera and turn it off.

You: Well, it must be an immaculate conception because no judge has proven otherwise.
