For a short period of time Russia tried to act like a non-belligerent state and it looked like Russia was beginning to integrate into the rest of the world. But apparently they can’t help themselves. They have embraced a dream of conquering other nations to build an empire. They talk about it daily on their state propaganda TV. They can’t be a true ally unless they stop trying to bring chaos and death to the world.

We should have been. Once the cold war ended we should have attempted to have better relations with Russia. At least Putin respected and would talk to Trump. Putin thinks Biden is a fricking joke and has no respect for him nor his woke administration. Imagine what he thinks when seeing fricking mentally ill/trans military leaders!
