WHY are people freaking over Trump declaring national emergency sets precedence when

Obama declared one, Bush did, so on & so forth, 58 of them since it's been active!?! The precedent for this action HAS BEEN SET!!! Why is everyone falling for the democrats propaganda on this "setting a precedent for a dem president to do this too"!? It's bullshite! DEMS HAVE DONE IT!!!
If dems are so worried about precedent, shouldn't they be worried about the illegal spying & coup attempt that the dem-associated FBI started against Trump? THAT precedent could be really bad now since Trump is president.

Please explain which of the previous was declared due to congress not giving the President what he wants?
If you are not capable of discerning the difference I pity you and any offspring you may one day produce.
FYI Trump has already declared 3 and not one peep was heard because they were legitimate and within his purview, this would not meet that hurdle.
