Why are my people being taken advantage of?

I’m native born and not allowed to open a casino?
Yet my people will be allowed to drink and gamble, things the incoming Muslims would shoot me for. Why are my people pinned between every minority? I bet Thim Tillis has no problem with letting other folks own these casinos, but no one needs an id to vote.
